Mr. Nadir Karachiwala is the Founder and managing director of HYD-AIR® Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The pioneer manufacturer of hydraulic fittings and fluid connections in India. The company has been one of the most reputed brands in the Indian hydraulic industry for over 45 years and has extensively been associated with German industries. He is an engineering professional turned entrepreneur recognised and awared for his achievements all throughout the country. He is also the Chairman of Steering Committee Bureau of Indian Standards of Pipe Fittings and Hose Connectors. Mr. Karachiwala is a graduate of RWTH Aachen University (Germany), one of the most prestigious and globally reputed university in the engineering faculty.

Mr. Quresh N Karachiwala

Promoter and Managing Director

Mr. Quresh Karachiwala is the Promoter and Managing Director of Nadrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (previously known as Woerner Lubrication India Pvt Ltd.). As a serial entrepreneur, Quresh has led successful JV’s with international companies in the past. His strong international experience and valuable inputs across areas such as Business Strategy, Development and International sourcing and process implementation have further propelled Nadrix Solutions in achieving its desired goals. Today Nadrix is not just the sole authorised representative of Woerner Germany but also other highly reputed brands from Europe in the same field. Mr. Quresh Karachiwala has done his post graduation in marketing from a highly prestigious college in Mumbai, India followed by pursuing his MBA from the United Kingdom.

Mr. Yashwant Ranade

Educational Background – B.E. Mechanical, College of Engineering Pune. Passed out in 1983 with 1st class with distinction

Experience – Rich and vast experience of 32 years in the Manufacturing Engineering field. Worked in Cummins India Ltd for 25 years, then with Cooper Engineering Corporation for 6 months and joined Woerner Lubrication India in 2010. Since joining Woerner Lubrication India, heading all technical activities related to Lubrication system applications as well as Manufacturing and sourcing. Have undergone technical training at Eugen Woerner GmbH & Co. Germany, Woerner Kinsson Lubrication China, ALS Schmiertechnik GmbH & Co. Germany.
